Overall, the forecast thinking remains the same from my last post but I’m getting so many calls and text asking why I have not put anything out.
The moderate risk was expanded eastward and northward to account for severe weather potential through the day and into the evening hours. We're also expecting the potential for flash flooding as well as gusty winds of 40-50mph ahead of the storms.
Flash flooding and high winds are our main concern at this time. We can not rule out the possibility of a tornado with this event.
