Since 1970, Walthall County’s population aged over 65 has increased by 9.4%, while income from age-related government transfers has risen by 0.3%.
Since 1970, Pike County’s population aged over 65 has increased by 5.3%, while income from age-related government transfers has risen by 8.5%.
Lincoln County’s older population has grown in the past decade, and so has the share of income from Social Security and Medicare.
