Adams County Sheriff's Office - Junior Cadets Got a Little Physical Learning Five Basic Self-defense

103

Junior Cadets DAY 5: On yesterday, our Junior Cadets got a little physical learning Five Basic Self-Defense moves they can use to defend themselves. Adams County Sheriff's Office Defensive Tactics Instructor, Sergeant Jerome Timmons did an impeccable job instructing and teaching our Cadets. Next on the agenda was truly surprising... The Cadets were introduced to Roping and Horseback Riding by Deputy Calvontist Dee and Deputy Christopher Shropshire and let me tell you it was awesome! Deputies Calvontist Dee and Christopher Shropshire did an amazing job! Don't believe me, just look at the smiles, "PRICELESS"! But the most inspiring part of the day before wrapping up was the Round table more like Rectangular table discussion on Life Lessons. The Cadets are enjoying themselves to the fullest but seriously those round table discussions are really opening their eyes! Keep pressing Cadets, because it's only going to get better and better!!!
