JCSD ATHLETICS AWARDS CEREMONY
Today we hosted our Athletics Award Ceremony to recognize and celebrate our incredible student-athletes for their hard work and dedication to our athletic department. They have accomplished so much this school year.
Our athletic department is moving in the right direction. Our athletes are getting it done on the field/court and in the classroom. As a result, all of our student-athletes are 100% eligible, and we have a 100% graduation rate. Additionally, all of our programs are competing at a high level.
We are also making historic investments in our programs. From new uniforms for our band to renovated gymnasiums, we see significant improvements. Moreover, we are in the process of adding more sports for our students.
Our growth would be impossible without our outstanding coaches, student-athletes, parents, and community stakeholders. We would like to publicly thank each of them for their contributions to our athletic programs.
Special thanks to AD Delvin Thompson for organizing a great program and Coach Lynethia Thompson for providing the delicious food.
We remain committed to performing at a high level academically and athletically. Go Tigers!
