NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Pursuant to Mississippi Senate Bill 2095, Miss. Code Ann. § 19-3-19 and Miss. Code Ann. § 25-41-13, the Lincoln County Board of Supervisors will hold a special called board meeting on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and vote on whether or not Lincoln County will exercise the “Local Option” specified in SB 2095 and “opt out” of the cultivation, processing sale and/or distribution of medical cannabis.
This meeting will be held in the Lincoln County Board of Supervisors’ Board room.
Pursuant to Board policy, any party who wishes to be heard must be placed on the agenda by contacting the Chancery Clerk and requesting the same. Those properly on the agenda, per Board policy, must limit their presentations to five minutes plus time for any questions by the Supervisors. Posted on March 10, 2022.
