On Friday, Feb. 7, former North Pike Senior High School standout Peyton Badon’s current college team, the Delta State Statesmen, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Spring Hill Badgers.
The game took place at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.
The Statesmen’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field against Spring Hill Badgers.
