Guest, who serves as the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Border Security, continues to support initiatives aimed at securing the U.S. border.

On March 3, 2025, Congressman Guest tweeted about his enthusiasm for an upcoming media interaction before President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress. He stated, “I was excited for the opportunity to visit with the media ahead of President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress tonight. I am looking forward to hearing the President’s vision for our country and his plan to secure the border, cut government spending, and reduce taxes.”

The following day, on March 5, 2025, Guest expressed his support for President Trump’s efforts in securing the U.S. border. He mentioned his role in collaborating with the President by tweeting: “President Trump has kept his promises to secure the border. I am honored to use my role as the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Border Security to work with President Trump protecting our border communities and stopping the flow of illegal immigration.”
