Congressman Michael Guest, representing Mississippi’s 3rd district since 2019, has expressed his support for former President Donald Trump and his policies through a series of tweets. Guest, who succeeded Gregg Harper in Congress, was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi.

On March 5, 2025, Congressman Guest tweeted his gratitude towards former President Trump for his efforts to secure the U.S. border and address governmental inefficiencies. “Thank you, President Trump, for sharing with Congress and the American people all you have done to secure our border; to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse; and Make America Great Again.”

Later that day on March 5, he reiterated his appreciation for Trump’s contributions in another tweet. “Thank you, President Trump, for sharing with Congress and the American people all you have done to secure our border; eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse; and Make America Great Again.”

On March 6, 2025, Congressman Guest announced his involvement as an original co-sponsor of unspecified legislation. “I’m a proud original co-sponsor.”
