Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district, recently shared updates on his activities and priorities through a series of tweets. Guest has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2019, succeeding Gregg Harper. Born in Woodbury, New Jersey, in 1970, he now resides in Brandon and holds degrees from Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi.

On June 5, 2025, Congressman Guest expressed gratitude to the Central Mississippi Realtors for their meeting. He acknowledged their century-long role as “the voice of real estate for 100 years across central Mississippi.” “Thank you to the Central Mississippi Realtors for meeting with me. Later that day, he tweeted about efforts by House Republicans to support former President Trump’s border security agenda. He highlighted his pride in the Committee on Homeland Security’s advancement of budget recommendations aimed at funding key border security measures. “House Republicans are working to fund President Trump’s successful border security agenda. I am proud that the Committee on Homeland Security recently advanced recommendations for the budget reconciliation process to fund important border security priorities.”
