Congressman Michael Guest, representing Mississippi’s 3rd district since 2019, recently shared several statements on social media. These posts reflect his gratitude towards constituents and his stance on national policies.

On January 22, 2025, Congressman Guest expressed appreciation for the efforts of a constituent named Anna. He wrote: “Thank you, Anna, for all your work for the people of the Third Congressional District of Mississippi.”

The following day, January 23, 2025, he commented on a recent executive order by President Trump regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. He stated: “On day one President Trump issued an executive order pushing back on DEI, a liberal far left policy that has been disastrous for our nation. Congress must now put into statute and make the Trump executive order permanent by forever banning this failed policy.”

Later that same day, Congressman Guest announced his support for legislative action against DEI initiatives within federal government structures. He mentioned: “I am a proud original cosponsor of the Dismantle DEI Act, which would eliminate DEI bureaucracy from within the federal government.”
