Congressman Michael Guest, who has represented Mississippi’s 3rd district since 2019, recently took to social media to discuss efforts by House Republicans regarding border security. Born in Woodbury, New Jersey, and currently residing in Brandon, Guest graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in 1993 and earned a JD from the University of Mississippi in 1995.

On May 21, Guest tweeted about the investment made by House Republicans towards securing the borders. He stated that this investment includes funding for constructing “700 miles of wall along our Southwest border.” The full tweet can be accessed here.
